Connor O'Brien

Connor is from Galway, Ireland. Before becoming a vampire, he participated in the Tithe War in 1835, where he encountered Khlyen.

When Khlyen transformed him into a vampire, he became the second-in-command of the vampire clan. They then when to Iceland to training other vampires to learn combat skills. Connor had been training the vampire when Khlyen approached him, saying he had to attend a meeting in the Eternal Valley. He mentioned he would be gone for a while and needed Connor to continue training the vampire and oversee everything else they do.

So Connor continued training the other vampires and monitored them to prevent them from going after humans. Until Khlyen returned, they just needed to focus on training. Khlyen returned from the meeting and mentioned that he would be staying in the Eternal Valley to assist with matters there. He instructed Connor to let the vampire go out into the world, but to keep an eye on things whenever possible. Connor asked, "What's going on?" Khlyen explained, "I have a duty to assist with something more important right now, but I'll check in on you and the others whenever I can."

In 1960, Connor traveled to America to observe its transformation. He joined the Pony Express and later became a soldier when the American Civil War started in 1861.

It was there that he met Emily Smith, who found him injured during the Battle of Gettysburg. She attempted to take him somewhere for assistance, but on the way, Connor stopped her and said, "I don't need help." His words frightened her, as she feared his injuries might be fatal. She tried to assist him, but he pulled away. She noticed that his wounds were closing up. She then asked, "How are your wounds healed?" Connor looked at her, then into her eyes, and said, "You didn't see anything. Go back to where you're needed."

Then Connor returned to fighting until the war ended. He went to town and ran into Emily again, but she was being attacked by another man. Connor attacked the man to save Emily, but she was severely injured. He took her somewhere to help with her wounds, but they were so severe that she wouldn't survive. That's when he revealed to Emily that he was a vampire and could transform her. He insisted he wouldn't proceed unless she consented, and she agreed, so Connor transformed her. Connor then took Emily to Iceland, where his clan assisted with the changes she underwent.

Then, in the 1800s, Khlyen returned, appearing as if he had been attacked. Then Khlyen told Connor about the Light*Dark Guardian had attacked him and believed that vampires were unsafe and evil. He also told him that he couldn't turn any human into a vampire, so he said to Connor, "I need you to do it for me without any questions if necessary."

He then instructed Connor to gather all the vampires willing to oppose the Light*Dark Guardian, humans, and any other supernatural beings that might come after them. However, they would be based in Kirkjufell, Iceland, and should remain there unless instructed by him or Connor to launch an attack.

So it been 20 years sent Khlyen come back to Iceland. hat's when he informed Connor that they were going to Honolulu, Hawaii to investigate something. So they went, and at night, they hung out in bars. One night, in one of the bars, Khlyen noticed a woman who looked just like Fallon, with the same hair and eye color she had. After he saw her, he instructed the vampire to follow her, and then told Connor to return to Iceland.

Two days afterward, Khleyn came back with the woman he had confined in the room. He then went out to find Connor and instructed him to keep an eye on her when she left her room. Connor inquired about her situation, and Khleyn explained that she had been attacked and was about to be killed by the same people, so he rescued her and brought her here to ensure her safety.

Connor observed her as she exited her room. Upon seeing him, she inquired, "How are you?" He responded, "I'm Connor, what's your name?" She replied, "It's Amaranthine." Connor then remarked, I will be the one monitoring you, but there will also be another person watching over you, and her name is Emily. That when Emily come up to them said hey that when Connor told Emily to show here around the place.

Then there was one day that Khlyen come to Connor. Khlyen tell him to turn Amaranthine into a vampire. But Connor ask dose she what to be a vampire. Khlyen said "Yes," and Connor looked at him and said, "Amaranthine was just talking about how she didn't want to be that way." Khlyen glanced at Connor and said, "Why are you asking me this? I told you before, I can't change humans into our kind. I need you to handle it for me, without any questions." Then said, "Yes, I remember, but this is completely wrong." That when Khlyen glabb Connor by his neck the compel him to turn her.

Connor when to Amaranthine room and apologized, saying, "I'm sorry, I have no choice," He leaned in towards her, bit her, and then laid her on the bed to sleep. Afterward, he fetched a glass of human blood for her and returned to offer it to her to drink. She drank the blood but then vomited it. Connor gazed at her, bewildered, and asked, "What just happened? That wasn't supposed to occur." When Khlyen entered the room and inquired, "What didn't happen?" Connor explained that she had thrown up the blood she drank, and Khlyen appeared just as confused.

That when Khlyen told Connor to get a human for her drink from.When Connor went after the human, Khlyen looked at her, puzzled about what was happening. She look at him said I am not go to drink from human and you can 't make me. Then when to her look what in her eyes said "I can't make you, but I can do that" Then he compel her to drink from the human. Connor walked in with a human and instructed her to drink. When she bit into the person's neck and began drinking, she suddenly pulled away and started to vomit. Khlyen was puzzled for a while, then he walked out of the room.

Khlyen then instructed Connor to capture a vampire, take it to Amaranthine, and have her drink its blood. Connor looked at him in disbelief. Noticing Connor's expression, Khlyen said, "Don't question it, just do it." When Connor took the vampire to Amaranthine and had her drink from it, she complied but ended up vomiting again, just as she had previously. Khlyen became angrier, then went to the dungeon where they keep humans and started killing them. Connor come stop him but when he try stop Khlyen glabb him by his neck but it as just Khlyen glabb him it look the Shadow was more hard him. That when Khlyen late him go. Connor looked at him and said, "What just came out of you?" Khlyen replied to Connor, saying that he was just seeing things and didn't know what he was talking about. However, Khlyen was aware that Connor wouldn't simply overlook this, so he compelled him to forget what he had just seen.

Then Khlyen went to his room and asked Shadow, "What are we going to do if we lose her?" The Shadow replied, "We won't lose her. I have another plan—let her drink from Connor." Khlyen responded, "Drinking from Connor won't work; he's a vampire too." The Shadow suggested, "It might not work, or it might; just give it a try." So they instructed Connor to visit Amaranthine later and let her drink from him. He went to her, and she drank from him and managed to keep blood down.

After Khlyen realized she could survive by drinking Connor's blood, she told Connor to come to his room for a discussion. Upon their arrival, Khlyen told Connor that she could drink from him whenever needed, but only when she need it. He informed him that someone else would be watching her, and it would be Emily.

Afterward, Khlyen talked to Connor and set up his training. Connor began training with the Amaranthine, but he observed that some of the abilities they possessed were similar to those of most vampires. For instance, their speed surpassed that of any other vampires, and she didn't request to drink his blood as if she required it.

Khlyen approached Connor to ask about Amaranthine's training. Connor mentioned it was progressing well, but he withheld some details. Khlyen then instructed him to continue the training because in three weeks, they would head to Scotland to confront and eliminate the same wolves. When Connor questioned the reason for attacking them, Khlyen clarified that the wolves aimed to eliminate them. Therefore, when they launch their attack, Amaranthine would accompany them. Connor was advised to keep her close during the battle.

Three weeks later, they arrive in Scotland, specifically in the Scottish Highlands where the pack resides. Before the attack began, Khlyen instructed Connor to keep an eye on Amaranthine. That was the plan, but during the fight, Connor lost track of Amaranthine. The battle went on for a long time. After the attack Khlyen approached Connor, grabbed him by the neck, and pulled him close, saying, "I told you to keep a close eye on Amaranthine." He then summoned some other vampires to take Connor back to Iceland, imprison him in the dungeon, and deny him any blood. He told the other vampires to return, and then he left to search for Amaranthine.

Back in Iceland Connor be lock in the dungeon for about a day with out of blood he was really what get got to look for Amaranthine. Then he heard sound like it was Khlyen that when saw him and two other that was dragging Amaranthine to a dungeon cell. Then Khlyen come in to Connor cell told him he would stay there for a couple of days to reflect, ensuring that what happened wouldn't occur again without blood.

After Khlyen left, he looked over at Amaranthine to see if she was okay, and it seemed she was. Later, two vampires came and started to drag Amaranthine away. That's when Connor yelled at the ask, "Where are you taking her?" They told him, "We are taking her out to the courtyard," then walked away with her. That's when Connor tried to get out, but he couldn't. He knew what was going to happen. When a vampire is put out in the courtyard, it means death by the sun.

Connor attempted to escape throughout the night, but he was unsuccessful. He paused, understanding it was too late to rescue her, as the sun should have risen by now. Then, when night fell again, Connor heard a noise and saw Amaranthine being dragged back to her cell, and she was still alive.

Khleyn have come to dungeon when Connor cell then told him are free live the dungeon now but before you go I need you cut you wrists then put same you blood in this glass. So Connor did then Khlyen go now you need to drink from human so can get you strength back. Khlyen took the blood from Connor and went to Amaranthine's cell, where he handed her the glass of blood. He also sat beside her and began to speak. He said, "Amaranthine, I'm sorry for keeping you in this cell, but you ran away and you need to learn a lesson about what happens when people don't do what they're supposed to do."

Connor was free from the dungeon and went to his room to clean up and some blood in him. That's when Emily came to his room and informed him that a witch wanted to speak with him. He turned to Emily and said, "A witch wants to talk to me, not to Khlyen?" Emily replied, "Yes, and you should hear what she has to say." Emily then introduced the witch, Lilith. Lilith told Emily, "Go out and keep a lookout for us." Connor looked at her and asked, "What do you want?" Lilith replied, "I am with the same group of witches that are searching for Amaranthine." Connor looked at her and said, "You've been looking for her, right, for Khlyen?" Lilith responded, "No! The Light*Dark Guardian Coven is the one looking for her. They lost her when she was taken by Khlyen in Hawaii ." and "We plan to get her away from Khlyen and need your help," Connor said. "Okay, I can assist. There are some vampires who don't want to be here anymore because Khlyen isn't the same as when he created us."

Connor informed Lilith that the vampires planning to escape would attack the others the following night and suggested she could assist with the same magic if possible. Lilith agreed, mentioning that there are other witches present to help. So the night come Connor start go to the dungeon to take with Amaranthine and tall her what go to happen but Khlyen saw Connor. Khlyen asked, "What are you doing, Connor?" Connor turned to Khlyen and said, "I was going to give her some blood because she's been down here for two weeks." Khlyen replied, "If she needs blood, I would come and get it from you. Right now, you can't go to her late and let her drink from you." Khlyen instructed Connor, "Your current duty for the clan is to train them, which is what everyone needs to focus on now." That was when he told Connor to go do it immediately.

The other Vampires start in the courtyard, and Kahleyn have come check out what go on

realized it wasn't just his vampires. Upon investigation, he discovered other vampires not belonging to his clan and some witches under attack. He began searching for Connor but couldn't find him. However, he did see those who had trained with Amaranthine, and they were fighting against his vampires, indicating betrayal. That when the Shadow said Connor have betrayal you he try to take Amaranthine a way from us." When Khlyen rushed to the dungeon, she was already gone. He attempted to find them but couldn't. He then called upon his witches to help locate her, but they were unable to. Khlyen then asked the Shadow to do the same thing, knowing it was possible. The Shadow originated from Khlyen, transforming into a new form after the attack and the subsequent deaths of the vampires and witches. However, they were unable to locate Amarranthine and Connor. The Shadow then returned to Khlyen, realizing that it wasn't just them who had escaped; there were others as well.

Connor helped her escape from Khlyen and then took her to Dublin, Ireland, where she joined Lilith at the Light*Dark Guardian Coven. When they met Liam and Stahma Wakefield from the Light*Dark Guardian Coven, Liam stated, "I lead the guardian section, and my wife, Stahma, is the head of the coven." All so that whe Liam told Amaranthine that her parents were part of Light*Dark Guardian Coven to. They suggested that Amaranthine could stay with them, but Connor insisted, "No, she can stay with me in Galway, where I grew up. Khlyen doesn't know about the location because I never told him." Liam said that she could choose where she wanted to stay, and Amaranthine chose "with Connor in Galway."

Before leaving, Liam stated, "If it were her, she would send you the same guardian and witch with your place." Connor agreed that it would be fine. That was when they met Raven & Hal Wakefield, Dunel & Rin Summer, Brett Moore, and Christian Drivas. So they when to Galway, Ireland. Upon their arrival, they came across a charming castle where people Connor knew were residing to oversee it. It was there that they met Hope Young, Victor, Sansa, and Renie Lovell.

Once they had settled in, Connor informed Hal is the head of the guardians during their stay. His role was to keep a close watch on the grounds, and Raven was tasked with casting spells around the castle to protect Amaranthine while they lived there.

Since they got the castle in Galway, Connor and Amaranthine have grown closer than they were in Iceland. Connor is developing strong feelings for her, and Amaranthine feels the same way he things. A few weeks ago, Connor noticed that Amaranthine wasn't acting like herself. Amaranthine's body would fluctuate between hot and cold at night, prompting Hope or Raven to check on her to see if anything was wrong, but they couldn't find anything. Then one day, Renie came to Amaranthine and warned her to be cautious of the upcoming lunar eclipse. Connor asked Renie, "What are you talking about?" Renie replied, "I really don't know, but it feels like something significant will happen during the lunar eclipse." Connor then asked, "Do you know when the lunar eclipse is?" Renie responded, "No."

After Renie informed Connor about Amaranthine and the lunar eclipse, he has been closely monitoring Amaranthine. It's been two weeks since Renie told him. Amaranthine has been experiencing more heat than cold and has stayed in her room all day. However, when Connor went outside and looked up, he saw the lunar eclipse occurring, prompting him to rush to Amaranthine's room. When he reached her bedroom door, he knocked, but she didn't respond, so he opened the door, and she wasn't in her room. He informed everyone that Amaranthine was missing and instructed them to search for her. Connor had been searching for her all night but couldn't find her. He wanted to stay out longer, but as the sun was rising, he had to return to the coven before he got burned.

He noticed that everyone had returned and understood they were unfortunate. Connor thought that Khlyen had found her and taken her away. Later, he heard the front door open and realized it was Amaranthine. He ran to her, grabbed her, and hugged her. Then said " Where were you" When Amaranthine explained what happened to her, revealing that she turned into a nine-tailed fox, he looked at her and said, "If I turn you into a vampire, you can't become a nine-tailed fox." He noticed the man standing by her hand. Then he grabbed him by the neck, but Amaranthine tried to tell Connor to let him go of him this Jacey.

That when every said come said what go on that when Connor said I really don't know. That when Amaranthine again told every on what happen last night. Hal asked Raven to send a message to the Light*Dark Guardian Coven to see if they could come here and provide more answers about what's happening with Amaranthine. Jacy informed Amaranthine that he needed to return to his pack. That when Connor said "Fine go she be save with me" Jacy growled at Connor, then turned to Amaranthine and said, "Sorry, I can't stay, but I'll check back with you as soon as I can," and then he left.

Within two days, Liam and Stahma visited Amaranthine and informed her that she is more than she seems. They also mentioned that Khlyen has been attacking humans and supernatural beings while searching for Amaranthine.
